Are you a well-versed LinkedIn Guru with a focus on B2B Tech companies?

We are looking for a driven Social Media Expert to join our unique and innovative team! The Social Media Expert must formulate and execute social media strategies for B2B Technology companies. In particular, we need someone who can work with large Enterprise companies that acquire smaller companies. This role will be required to plan, communicate, and own the merging of various LinkedIn channels of well-recognized brands.

A successful candidate should have expertise in LinkedIn and YouTube with a solid understanding of how other major social media platforms operate. You will primarily manage LinkedIn social media profiles across multiple clients and use various analytics tools for reporting.
The goal of the Social Media Expert is to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and other KPIs specific to each client.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
  • Manage community comments and responses in collaboration with clients
  • Create and manage social media calendars
  • Generate regular reports and provide strategic recommendations
  • This position involves presenting analytics to C-suite level clients in regular marketing meetings

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in B2B social media marketing and must be well-versed in LinkedIn Best Practices
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Social analytics knowledge
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Agency experience or experience in client-facing roles
  • Proven experience with growing social media metrics such as engagement rates and followers

The following skills are not required but are ideal to have:

  • Experience using Sprout Social, or similar platforms, for publishing across multiple platforms
  • Experience with Canva or similar image/graphic editing platforms
  • Knowledge of Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager & LinkedIn Ads
  • Proficient in GSuite
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, SEO/SEM

This position is 100% remote and contract with the potential to become a full-time role.
